| Description: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Controller is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Assistant Controller is responsible for ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, yearend audit schedule preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. The Assistant Controller will have contact with senior-level management and the firm’s outside accountants which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end account reconciliations. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Assist the Controller/CFO in the daily banking requirements. Supports budget and forecasting activities. Collaborates with other accounting staff to support overall department goals and objectives. Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. Responds to inquiries from the CFO, Controller, and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the other reporting as needed. Work with the Controller/CFO to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit. Support Controller/CFO with special projects and workflow process improvements. | |

The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, and housekeeping tasks. Shipping tasks include picking, packaging, and shipment of orders. Receiving tasks include loading and unloading truck shipments and stocking the warehouse. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with the pick ticket • Package and ship in accordance with packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practices • Review pick tickets and verify correct product is picked. • Receive and unload incoming material • Sort, count, package, and label, inventory that is received • Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects, and notify the Supervisor of findings • Stock shelves in the warehouse • Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading material and equipment • Operate shrink-wrap machine • Organize routers and verify they are correct with the item being labeled Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
